Are You Thirsty?
Yeshua’s Supreme Invitation
Print the PDF

Are you thirsty?
Are you hungry?
Are you hungry for good to overcome evil?
Are you hungry for unconditional love?
Are you hungry to overcome habits that threaten your well-being?
Are you hungry for someone to listen… someone who would really hear?

What is your longing? What is your heart cry? Is it so deep that you cannot express it?

Yeshua (Jesus), the Anointed One, the Only Begotten of the Father and the exact expression of His nature… He beckons to you –

“If you abide in my word, then you are truly disciples of Mine, and you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.” (John 8:31-32)

Do you remember when He made you alive after you had been dead? (Ephesians 2:4-10)
Do you remember when He chose you to walk after Him? (John 15:16)
Do you remember when He called you to be His disciple?

Today, Yeshua is giving you a supreme invitation

“Learn of Me, walk with Me, sit at My feet. My words are life. Hold on to them, dwell in them. You will become so intimate with Me that something will be imparted to you that will set you free. You will be a servant of the Most High, and you will teach others My ways. And I will be with you always.”

Dear friends, what I am finding this winter is…
I can ask someone to pray for me, and I can ask to receive a sudden healing or infilling of the Spirit of God, and I may receive it because He is so gracious…  or, I can “Learn of Him” (Matthew 11:28-30), study Him, watch what He says and does in life’s situations… Then, I find rest.

I have been studying Him. I want so much to impart what I am learning that is changing me… making me free… and making me more in love with Him every day. His love and knowing His ways deeply will be my preparation and strength for what lies ahead. He truly is the Answer.

May you know Him more deeply in His joy as you follow Him closely on your journey toward Heaven’s home.

Ephesians 2:4-10 – But God, being rich in mercy, because of His great love with which He loved us, even when we were dead in our wrongdoings, made us alive together with Messiah and raised us up with Him, and seated us with Him in the heavenly places in Messiah Yeshua, so that in the ages to come He might show the boundless riches of His grace in kindness toward us in Messiah Yeshua. For by grace you have been saved through faith; and this is not of yourselves, it is the gift of God, not a result of works, so that no one may boast. For we are His workmanship, created in Messiah Yeshua for good works, which God prepared beforehand so that we would walk in them.

Welcome to Shale Fragments, a collection of writings and art for individual and group use!

Teaching God’s truth and the beauty of His Word is my greatest delight! My art card company, Flower Girl Greetings, was launched in 2012 with this purpose. In April 2020, ShaleFragments.com became the gathering place for the writings.

As I have studied the rich meanings of the original Greek and Hebrew languages of the Bible, I continue to see beautiful progressions and connections that compel me to organize and convey their life-changing beauty!
